Wildlife viewing, swimming, hiking, picnicking, mountain bike trails and Walleye and Northern Pike fishing are popular. In winter the park offers 12 km of groomed cross country ski trials as well as snowshoeing trails.

39 campsites (27 Reservable,12 FCFS) on Charlie Lake, pit toilets, a boat launch, a group day-use/picnic area, baseball diamond, and playground.
