About the Park
Kiskatinaw Provincial Park lies along the Kiskatinaw River on the original Alaska Highway, just steps from a historic wooden curved trestle bridge.
The river’s calm, warm waters are perfect for wading, tubing, or fishing, while the surrounding forest provides excellent wildlife viewing, including moose, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and a variety of songbirds. Visitors can also take a short walk to the bridge to explore this iconic piece of Alaska Highway history amid the park’s scenic setting.
