About the Park
A roadside park with a sub-alpine lake, Nancy Greene Provincial Park is a welcome site for travellers. Only 25 minutes from Castelgar or Trail, this park is a popular overnight stop for tourists and provides day use for visitors wishing to escape the summer heat of the valley. With a large beach area and a picturesque lake, it is the perfect place to enjoy fishing, picnicking, walking, swimming, boating, and nordic skiing in winter. There is a 3.8km hiking / walking trail that circles the lake. You’ll find beautiful views of the Rossland Range with Old Glory Mountain prominent in the distance.
