About the Park
A must stop for fishermen, where bright Rainbow Trout abound. Bald eagles, hawks, ospreys, mountain goats can be seen in the surrounding area. More adventurous spirits may canoe down the Iskut River from Kinaskan Lake to Natadesleen Lake, then walk to Cascade Falls where the Iskut river cascades over an amazing 150 ft waterfall into a canyon. (in some seasons the Park Operator offers a shuttle service). Visitors can also hike to the Upper Cascade Falls from the trailhead 11 kilometres south of the Kinaskan Lake campground along Hwy 37. There is no cell phone service or Wi-Fi available along Highway 37 from Kitwanga to the Yukon border.
